Description

Sunnyside Cottage is a mid-19th century front added to an earlier building, likely from the 17th century, featuring a timber frame. The exterior is finished in stucco and roughcast, with an imitation half-timber pattern on the upper floor. The cottage has a steep pantile roof and includes two sash windows with margin lights. On the right side of the ground floor, there is a bracketed canted bay window, and the door is topped with a cut bracketed hood. This building is included for its group value.
