Description

Holly Lodge is a detached villa built around 1850, constructed of yellow stock brick with a slate hipped roof. The building has two storeys and features a symmetrical front with three sash windows that include margin lights and gauged brick lintels. The centre bay slightly projects and contains an arched door set within a relieving arch, topped with a moulded stucco impost course. The entrance features a four-panel door with a semi-circular fanlight above. The villa has a plinth and an eaves brick band, with chimneys located on either side of the roof's centre, each having plinths and dentilled brick cornices.
