Description
These are a semi-detached pair of houses located on College Road in Cheshunt, dating from around 1850. The houses are built of yellow stock brick with stucco dressings and have a slate hipped roof with central chimney stacks. They are two storeys high and each has one window. A narrow, arch-headed recess divides the facades. The ground floor features round-headed relieving arches with gauged brick archivolts. Margin-light sash windows are topped with gauged brick lintels. A moulded stucco impost course runs along the first floor and a sill band is present. The eaves are plain. The entrance door to number 45 has stucco leaf consoles and a cornice.
