Description
This is a semi-detached pair of houses, designed to appear as a single residence, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are built of yellow stock brick, with a slated, shallow hipped roof. The roof has a stucco band at the eaves and a squat, central chimney stack. The buildings are two storeys high, with basements. Each house originally had two windows, although No. 34 now has a 20th-century, one-window recessed side extension matching the original style. No. 35 has a garage extension. The entrance bays are recessed, as is the central bay. The doorways have square heads with overlights featuring margin glazing, and panelled doors. Gauged brick flat arches are above the recessed sash windows. The interiors have not been inspected. The property includes attached low brick garden walls with railings, gate piers, and a gate.
