Description
31 Downshire Hill is a terraced house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco and features a slated mansard roof. The building has two storeys and a basement, with two windows on the front. The round-arched doorway includes a 20th-century radial fanlight and a panelled door. The windows are recessed sashes, and there is a parapet at the top of the building. The interior has not been inspected.
