Description
Number 36 is a detached house dating from the early to mid-19th century, with a later extension. It is constructed of stucco, with channelled detailing to the ground floor. The roof is slated, with projecting eaves and dormers. The house has three storeys, an attic, and a basement, and originally had a two-window front, with a three-window extension added to the left. A round-arched doorway is set within the front elevation, featuring a patterned fanlight and a panelled door. The windows are recessed sashes. The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the property are cast-iron railings to the front area, along with attached garden walls that incorporate further cast-iron railings with urn finials, gate piers, and gates.
