Description

This is a terrace of three houses located in Camden, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of stucco and extend over three storeys with semi-basements. They feature a five-window front. Numbers 103 and 105 have 20th-century prostyle porticoes, with round-arched doorways, patterned fanlights, and panelled doors, all approached by steps with cast-iron railings. Number 107 has a 20th-century single-storey extension to its north side, accessed from Downshire Hill. The windows are recessed sash windows, while the first floor has casements with cast-iron balconies. A parapet tops the facade. The interiors were not inspected. The attached cast-iron railings to the front gardens have torch flambe finials. The group value of this terrace lies in its cohesive architectural style and detailing within the surrounding area.
