Description

No. 43 Turners Hill is likely a timber-framed dwelling that features an early to mid-18th century doorcase and a mid-19th century roughcast and plaster facade. The building has an old tile roof with slate verges and stands two storeys high. It includes three flush, margin-light sash windows, with the ground floor windows adorned with cornices. The entrance has a half-glazed door with fielded lower panels, a plain fan, and a blocked architrave surround, topped with stepped voussoirs and a pulvinated frieze. The doorcase is enhanced by curved consoles and a cornice hood, along with banded plaster corner dressings.
