Description
61 and 63 Windmill Lane comprise a 17th century or earlier timber-frame hall house and cross wing. The building is rendered with roughcast and has a modern tile roof. It is two storeys high, with attics. A large, central chimney stack is cemented and rendered. Modern casement windows are present. One window is visible in the gable end on the left-hand side (No 61), where the ground floor room features a chamfered floor beam with run-out stops.
