Description

A pair of semi-detached, linked terraced houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on Gloucester Crescent. The houses are constructed of yellow stock brick with channelled stucco surrounds to the entrances. They have a shallow-pitched slated roof with a tall brick chimney-stack and a deep moulded eaves cornice. The buildings are three storeys high, with a semi-basement level. Each house has two windows. The entrances feature panelled doors; the door to number 65 is partially glazed with an overlight. The architraved sash windows retain glazing bars. Ground floor windows have bracketed cornices and sills, while the first-floor windows are distinguished by a continuous, enriched cast-iron balcony. The interiors were not inspected.
