Description

This is a pump located approximately 3 metres west of Jenning's Farmhouse in Little Bromley. It was likely built in the early 19th century. The pump features a metal mechanism that is enclosed in a horizontal boarded timber frame. It has a straight arm with a ball handle, and curved iron brackets support a lead pipe that probably comes from a lead plaque.
