Description

Jennings Farmhouse is a 17th-century house with a later rear extension. It is timber-framed and clad in weatherboarding, with a hipped roof covered in red plain tiles. A central red brick chimney stack rises through the roof. The house is two storeys high with attics, featuring dormers at the rear. It has a two-window front with three-light casement windows. A central entrance door has a moulded surround and a pentice roof overhang. Interior features include an intact timber frame, a central chimney stack, central bridging joists, vertically boarded doors with original ironmongery, and three-board doors to the first floor. A staircase rises around the chimney to the attic. The roof is supported by side purlins.
