FRINTON AND WALTON QUAY LANE, TM 22 SW KIRBY-LE-SOKEN 3/68 Thatched Cottage II Cottage. C18. Timber framed, black painted plaster, weatherboarded left return. Thatched roof outshot to rear. Left external red brick chimney stack. Single storey lean-to rear left extension. One storey and attics. Left 3 light casement, central halved door, plain surround. 2 windows to ground floor of right return, single attic window. Chamfered bridging joists and beaded edging to boarded internal walls. The cottage approached by a bridge, is attractively situated beside a creek.
