3/48 Thatched barn approx. 40 metres east of 14.5.81 Stammers Farmhouse (formerly listed under Ulting Lane) GV II

Barn. Circa 1800. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Thatched roof with red plain tiled valleys. Outshot to left to enclose a 2 bay cartlodge central gabled midstrey. Vertically boarded double doors. 5 bays. Long arched braces and hanging knees to tie beams. Side purlin roof with intermittent collars. Halved and bladed top plate scarf. Good of its type and attractive in roadside position.
