Description

The cottage at Little Laver Hall, possibly a keeper's cottage, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rendered brick and timber framing, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has one storey and attics, featuring two bays and an original central yellow stock chimney stack. There are two windows with 20th-century casements set in original rusticated openings. At the rear, there is an original lean-to. The front of the cottage boasts a full-length integral verandah supported by four cylindrical columns with moulded bases.
