Description

The Niche is a house dating from the late 16th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range with casement windows. There is a central doorcase that has a flat hood above it. The house also has an original central red brick chimney stack with attached diagonal shafts.
