Brooklyns Cottages is a late 16th century house that is timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range with modern casements, as well as a bay window on the ground floor. An original red brick chimney stack has been rebuilt at the top in the 19th century.
