Description

A line of cottages dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. The buildings have a timber frame with a roughcast rendered front elevation, some areas of weatherboarding, and a roof of handmade red clay tiles. The majority of the cottages are single-storey with attics, although a two-storey crosswing is located at the southern end. There are four plain front doors. The ground floor features five triple casement windows, two double casement windows, all dating from the 20th century. On the upper floor, there are three triple casement windows and three double casement windows within gabled dormers, also 20th century. A single double casement window is present in the crosswing, and that too is a 20th-century replacement.
