Description

The barn located to the south of Elm Farmhouse is a Grade II listed structure. It is a thirteen-bay barn, weatherboarded in black, with a red plain tile roof. The barn was constructed in two stages, first in the late 17th century and then in the late 18th century. It features six gabled and louvred dormers on both the north and south sides. The barn is timber framed and has a roof supported by side purlins, intermittent collars, and queen struts.
