TIPTREE RANSOME ROAD 1. 5214 'Milldene' TL 81 NE 15/41 II 2. Early C19 brick house, plastered, with grey slate roof. Three window range vertical sliding double hung sashes with glazing bars. Double range plan, with grey gault brick chimney stacks on end walls. Late C19 verandah.
