Description

The building is a five-storey red brick tower mill located on Tiptree Church Road. It features a weatherboarded cap. Above the entrance door, there is a stone inscribed with "TGE 1775," and another stone that reads "GDER 1836." Additionally, two bricks are reported to have inscriptions: "WS 1774" and "ET 1774." The mill has modern casement windows fitted into late 19th-century openings. The sails and fantail have been removed, and the mill is currently used as a dwelling.
