  1. Formerly Technical School. Built in 1865, in grey gault brick, with red brick dressings. Grey slate roof with boxed eaves and verges. Single storey. Side wall has 7 recessed panels for windows with semi-circular heads and prominent keystones and archivolts. Moulded brick eaves course. Front has recessed panel with semi-circular head, enclosing circular plaque. Entrance porch on north side.
