Description
No. 75 High Street is an early 18th-century building that stands three stories tall. It features a timber-framed structure with a facade that dates from the late 18th or early 19th century. The roofs are covered with slate and red tiles. The building has two window ranges, with the first floor displaying flat hooded stucco sash surrounds on consoles, which frame double-hung sashes. The second floor has two square, wide cased double-hung sashes. Three giant order pilasters adorn the facade, each with capitals featuring three flowers in relief located beneath the astragals. The eaves project above a deep plain plaster string. The ground floor has modern shopfronts.
