Description

Nos 60 and 62 on High Street are 16th century buildings that feature timber framing and plaster. They are part three storeys and part two storeys high, with a three-window range of double-hung sashes that have marginal glazing bars. The roofs are covered with slate on the higher section and red plain tiles on the lower section. Originally, this small building was an open hall positioned at right angles to the street. Internally, jowled storey posts are visible.
