Description

No. 12 North Street is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features two windows. The roof is hipped and tiled, with tiled ridges. The building is constructed of red brick and has a coved cornice along the top. There is a stringcourse above the first floor, and the sash windows have flush boxes set in flat arches, with intact glazing bars and carved brick voussoirs above the first-floor windows. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front and fascia that replaced a former shop window from the early to mid-19th century.
