Description
No. 13 North Street is an 18th-century building that stands four storeys tall and features two windows. The exterior is constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers, complemented by red brick quoins and dressings. The gable end faces the street and includes one window in the gable. Although the building has a higher frontage, the second-floor windows in No. 13 are at a similar height to those in No. 12. The façade includes stringcourses and sash windows with flush boxes set in flat arches, retaining their glazing bars and featuring rubbed brick voussoirs. The ground floor has a modern plate-glass shop front, with a fascia aligned at the same height as the fascia on No. 12.
