Description

No. 11 Welton Road is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. Its walls are roughcast with freestone dressings, featuring end pilasters with moulded caps and a plain band beneath the eaves. The roof is slate, with coped verges and moulded footstones. The building has three windows, which are glazing bar sashes. The central doorway is topped with a flat moulded hood supported by ornamental cast iron brackets. A modern half-glazed door has replaced the original ornamental panelled door, and a further door to the right has been converted into a three-light window.
