Description

No. 27 Coley Hill is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of brick and features a brick block eaves cornice and a slate roof. The building has string courses between the floors and is designed with three bays of glazing bar sash windows, with the ground floor windows having an arched shape. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door topped with a "Gothic" fanlight. There is a modern gabled porch, and the glazing bars have been removed from the ground floor windows.
