Description

No. 1 Park Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of brick with a hipped slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows, one of which is blocked. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars and have stone lintels. The entrance consists of a six-panel door, two of which are glass, and is topped by a plain wooden hood supported by carved brackets. There are two steps leading up to the door. To the left of the main structure, there is a one-storey pentice extension that includes one sliding sash window.
