Description

Stratton Lodge, originally part of Stratton House, dates largely to circa 1800, with some earlier fabric. The building was altered and heightened at this time. It is a two-storey and attic structure with a tile roof and a coved cornice. The front features two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. A six-panel door is set within pilastered architraves, topped with a flat hood on carved consoles. The ground floor retains surviving interior fittings from around 1800, while one first-floor room preserves original panelling.
