Description

This early to mid-19th century building comprises two properties at 58 and 60 Bath Street. It is rendered with a rendered plinth, a cornice, and a parapet. The building has four windows with moulded rendered architraves, and bands that continue as cills on the first and second floors; the outer windows are narrower. The windows lack glazing bars. A six-panel door is set beneath a rectangular fanlight. The building forms a group with Nos. 56 to 64 (even), which includes Coxeter’s Furniture Depository.
