Description
The Railway Public House is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Wells Road in Radstock. It is constructed of creamwashed ashlar and features a slate roof with end chimneys. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are fitted with plate glass sashes that include margin lights.
At the center of the façade is a doorway that has an edge-roll and is topped with a moulded open triangular pediment supported by cut stone brackets. The corners of the building are accentuated with rusticated quoins. A plain band runs along the first floor at the cill level, and there is a moulded cornice above, leading to a plain parapet.
