Description

No. 12 Welton Road is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall. It is constructed of roughcast with freestone dressings. The building features end pilasters with moulded caps and a plain band at the eaves. The roof is covered with slate. On the first floor, there are two windows with glazing bar sashes, while the ground floor has original angular bay windows that include plain fascias and moulded cornices, although these are very damaged. The central doorway is arched and has modern half-glazed doors.
