Description

This is a mid-19th century building in Market Place, Radstock. It is three storeys high and constructed of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is slate, with coped verges and ashlar end chimneys. The front has three windows, with glazing bar sashes. The ground floor features a late 19th-century shop front, which includes a moulded fascia cornice, a central half-glazed door with decorative panelling, and flanking six-pane shop windows with moulded edges to flat surrounds. There is a two-storey extension set back to the right and to the rear of the building. The property is included on the list for group value.
