Cottage. Late C16 early C17. Timber framed and plastered. Red pantile roof. 2 red brick chimney stacks. 1 storey and attics. 3 gabled dormers with small paned casements. 3 window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes. Vertically boarded door with slanting canopy. C19/C20 extension at rear. Much timber framing exposed internally including stopped and chamfered beams, joists, braces and halved and bridled top plate scarfs. Restoration in hand at time of re-survey. RCHM 3.
