Description

Hall Corner Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations and additions made in the 18th century and later. It features a timber frame that is faced with red brick, which is now painted. The roof is covered with red tiles, and there is a central red brick chimney stack, along with gault brick chimney stacks on both the right and left sides. The eaves are dentilled. The cottage has two storeys, with a range of four small paned horizontal sliding sash windows on the first floor and six on the ground floor. There is a central enclosed gabled porch with a boarded door. The structure consists of two bays, plus two additional bays. Inside, there are exposed beams and doors, mouldings, and finishings from around 1800.
