Description

Ivy Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th to 18th century. It has a timber frame and is faced with red brick, with a flint plinth on the right side. The roof is covered with red tiles and features two red brick chimney stacks, one on the left and one off-center. The cottage is two storeys high and has three small paned horizontal sliding sash windows on the first floor. The ground floor has two small paned bow windows. There is a 20th-century red brick gabled porch on the right side, which has a red tiled roof and a boarded door. Inside, the side purlin roof structure is visible, and the frame is exposed.
