Description
Oak Corner Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th to 18th century, with a later addition on the left side. It features a timber frame that is faced with red brick and has black diapering. The roof is covered with red plain tiles and there are off-centre red brick chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. The cottage is one storey with attics, and it has a gabled dormer on the left. There are three small paned casement windows. On the left, there is a red tiled lean-to porch with a 20th-century glazed door, while to the right is a vertically boarded door. Inside, you can see chamfered bridging joists and some pegged exposed timbers.
