TL 50 NE FYFIELD CLATTERFORD END 5/33 Spring Cottage GV II

Cottage. Mid C16. Timber framed and plastered with red plain tile roof. 1 storey and attics. 4 bays long. 4 window range C17 and C20 casements. 3 gabled dormers with casements. Central red brick chimney stack. Some guilloche pargetting survives at north end. Internally, there is heavy timber framing, main posts without jowls, through bracing and red brick floors. Deeds survive from 1542.
