Description

Bridge Cottage is a cottage that dates back to the 16th century or earlier. It features a timber frame with plaster and has a red plain tiled roof, which includes two gabled dormers. The building has two red brick chimney stacks and is one storey high with attics. The front has a range of four 20th-century casement windows. To the left, there is a 20th-century lean-to porch with a matching casement window and a half-glazed door. Inside, the cottage has stop-chamfered beams across two bays and a framed side purlin roof, with a halved and bridled scarf joint.
