Description

Holly Tree Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, with later extensions. It is constructed of timber framing and plaster, topped with a red plain tiled roof. The building features central and right external plastered brick chimney stacks. It has one storey and attics, with single storey outshots on both the right and left sides. There is a rear wing that is currently under construction. The cottage has two gabled dormers and four ground floor windows, all of which are casements with glazing bars. The central entrance is a vertically boarded door with a pentice board above.
