Cottage,late C16 or early C17. Timber framed and plastered, with half - hipped thatched roof. 1 storey and attic. 3 window range modern leaded casements. 2 dormer windows. Original formerly central axial red brick chimney stack. Modern enclosed porch. C20 extension at south end. Internally two-bay frame visible, with diagonal wind-bracing to purlins at junction of the bays.
