Description

4 Stebbing Ford is a cottage dating from the 16th or 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped with a thatched roof that is hipped to the left. The building has one storey and an attic, featuring two eyebrow dormers. A brick plinth supports the structure, and there is a plain board door located off centre. The cottage has three range leaded light casement windows and an off centre red brick chimney stack.
