Description

This barn, located approximately 25 metres north of Dagworth Manor, dates from around 1700. It is timber framed and covered with weatherboarding, topped with a roof made of corrugated iron. The structure consists of 8 bays arranged east-west, featuring 2 midstreys on the south side. The construction is entirely pegged, with primary straight bracing in the walls, hanging knees supporting the tiebeams, and a butt-purlin roof.
