Description
Nos 19 and 21 on London Road are a pair of early 19th century houses that have been covered in stucco, with 20th century additions at the rear. The buildings are two storeys high and feature a four-window range with double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars. The first-storey windows have stucco architraves and are positioned between pilasters. The ground floor has a rusticated finish, with two elliptical-shaped bays, each containing a three-light window. The inner windows on the first storey are also three-light. The doorways are topped with semi-circular headed fanlights that have ornamental glazing. The roofs are hipped and covered with slate. Nos 19 to 37 (odd) and Nos 41 to 45 (odd) form a group.
