Description

Nos 13 and 14 on Hillingdon Road are a pair of early 19th century houses built in stucco. They are two storeys high with a semi-basement and feature three double-hung sash windows in total. The semi-basement serves as a plinth for four fluted pilasters that rise two storeys and are positioned on either side of the end windows, each adorned with a frieze and paterae. There are steps leading up to two doors that have wooden porches. Above, there is a central dummy elliptical arch with a keystone, which contains two semi-basement doors and one double-hung sash window without glazing bars above. These houses are part of a group that includes Nos 11 to 24 and No 25A.
