Description

Nos 15 and 17 Albion Place are a pair of houses built around 1830. They are three storeys tall and have a stucco finish, with the ground floor featuring a rusticated design. There is an eaves cornice and a stringcourse above the first floor. The first floor has iron balconies and four sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor windows are segmental-headed. The doorcases have engaged fluted columns, projecting cornices, rectangular fanlights, and doors with six fielded panels. These houses are part of a group that includes Nos 7 to 21 (odd).
