Description

Icel House is an early to mid 19th century building located on the north-west side of Albion Place. It stands three storeys tall and is finished in stucco. The building features a parapet and two pilasters that extend through all floors, flanking the central three bays. On either side, there are sections that rise two storeys and consist of one bay each. The façade includes four sash windows without glazing bars and a central blank space. The side doorcases are adorned with rectangular fanlights and feature six-panelled doors. Icel House is part of a group that includes Nos 7 to 21 (odd).
