No. 9 Ashford Road is an early to mid 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of brown brick. It features a slate roof with one dormer that has a casement window. The front has two windows, including a three-light canted bay window that extends through both floors, with intact glazing bars. There is a doorcase located on the side elevation.
