On the ground floor, there are two elliptical-shaped bows with low parapets, and a moulded wood cornice that runs across the front of the house. The central doorway has a semi-circular headed fanlight and is framed by an ornamental wood porch from the Victorian period. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
